CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
We provide preventive advice for decision making on relations with the State regarding the exercise of economic and civil liberties. We conduct amparo, habeas corpus, habeas data, compliance, unconstitutionality, competence and popular action proceedings, as well as administrative proceedings and contentious-administrative judicial proceedings involving the defense of constitutional rights. We have sponsored several proceedings before the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights and the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
