ENVIRONMENT:
We provide advice on compliance with environmental quality standards and formal obligations applicable to the various regulated activities, with emphasis on the mining, energy and fishing industries. We process exploration and/or exploitation projects of natural resources, as well as infrastructure projects before the environmental authorities of different sectors. We design environmental management instruments (EIA, EIS, closure plans, among others) and compliance audits. We provide advice on the interpretation and analysis of environmental regulations in order to provide an accurate scope of the same.
