MINING
We provide advice for obtaining mining concessions, as well as for controlling compliance with formal obligations. We participate in the structuring and negotiation of contracts for the development of exploration and/or exploitation project activities, as well as mine closure. We advise on procedures related to the handling of explosives before the Dirección General de Control de Servicios de Seguridad, Control de Armas, Munición y Explosivos de Uso Civil (DICSCAMEC) and the handling of Chemical Supplies and Controlled Products before the Dirección Antidrogas de la Policía Nacional del Perú (DIRANDRO).
