Our practice includes legal consulting specialized in the development of real estate projects, whether housing, offices, parking lots, shopping centers and buildings in general. We accompany our clients throughout the process of structuring, development and execution of such projects. In this sense, we carry out title studies, as well as the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale contracts required for the acquisition of land and real estate.
We also participate in the preparation, negotiation and closing of agreements between real estate developers with investors, builders, banks, trustees and other parties involved in the development of a real estate project, such as memorandums of understanding, term sheets, joint venture agreements, consortium agreements, trust agreements, loan agreements, financial agreements and credit facilities in general. We also provide advice in processes convened by the public sector (such as Fondo Mivivienda S.A.), as well as in the preparation and follow-up of private initiatives for the development of real estate projects.
