We incorporate all types of legal vehicles for the development of banking and financial activities. We structure and negotiate contracts to borrow and grant financing; in particular, loan agreements with multilateral entities, subordinated debt agreements, syndicated loan agreements and financial derivatives. We provide advice in the structuring, registration and placement of equity instruments, debt instruments and hybrid instruments, as well as advice in the interpretation and execution of regulations issued by the regulatory entity.
